The Resort
The Vallter Ski Resort, also known as Vallter 2000, is located in the municipality of Setcases, region of Ripollès, in the region of Catalonia, Spain. It is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Catalan Pyrenees, close to the French border.
Vallter is a small resort but much appreciated for the quality of the snow throughout the season. The conditions and infrastructure for skiing and snowboarding are very good, it has a school, shop for renting equipment, medical center, cafeteria and restaurant on site. Access is essentially by car, with a large car park for this purpose. There is also a wide range of quality accommodation options close to the resort.
